A planning application for 265 residential units and 300,000ft² of Commercial Space on this 17 acre site has been lodged to Cork County Council and is subject to approval.

The site is due to have full LIHAF infrastructure and a light rail commuter platform. The site forms part of one of the largest LIHAF schemes in Ireland is is a primary development within Cork County Council's strategic plan.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all acquisition, planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
