This 16 acre site was acquired by Emaoifrob in 2017 and had received initial planning permission for 198 residential units.

A further suite of planning applications have been submitted and subsequently approved for an additional 115 units and works are expected to commence on site in mid 2022.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all acquisition, planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
