Currently Emaoifrob is leading the management and delivery of the following Irish positions:
- Residential platforms primarily for the Irish Social and Affordable sector consisting of over 7,500 units.
- Strategic Investment Sites in Dublin, Cork and the North East of Ireland for the development of new town centres and communities consisting of over 60 Hectares of Land, 8,000 residential units and 2 million sq.ft of commercial and community space.
- Single Investment sites in South Dublin, The North East, Kildare and Cork with specialist developments for the Healthcare, Elderly, Hospitality and Commercial sectors.
International
Emaoifrob is a key partner in multiple International Investment projects:
- Large Scale logistics platform expansion in ireland, UK, European and Canadian Markets
- Residential Platform containing over 8,500 units in Florida, United States.
Technology
- Emaoifrob has recently partnered with a number of Asia’s largest SOE’s and Private companies in the Energy interconnection sector and continues to provide project support on a number of globally significant HVDC projects.
- Emaoifrob holds investments in future self-generating energy projects for residential properties.
- Emaoifrob is working in conjunction with Canadian TSX Green Ammonia Ammpower to identify and develop an Irish Green Ammonia facility. The chosen location will house a green Ammonia facility with a project project cost of €1.2 Billion when constructed. Emaoifrob is delighted to be at the forefront of new Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Technologies.
