This combination of sites totalling 7.2 acres in the centre of Dundalk was acquired by Emaoifrob in 2017.

Planning permission was received in 2018 for 130 Residential units along with a community centre and associated services, within a heavily landscaped parkland setting. This scheme is due for completion in 2022 and is the single largest scheme undertaken by Clúid Housing Association to date.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all acquisition, planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
