This 42 acre site is the subject of a planning permission for 785 residential units and 260,000 ft2 of Commercial Space.
The site is now serviced by a Local Infrastructure Housing Activation Fund (LIHAF) road and will have a primary and secondary school and also a public park. The site forms part of one of the largest LIHAF schemes in Ireland and is a primary development within Cork County Council’s strategic plan for the County.
Emaoifrob is responsible for all planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
The LIHAF project is currently at the tender evaluation stage. Subject to approval, construction has commenced in the Summer of 2025.
