This combination of sites totalling 7.2 acres in the centre of Dundalk was acquired by Festina Living in 2017.

Planning permission was received in 2018 for 130 Residential units along with a community centre and associated services, within a heavily landscaped parkland setting. This scheme was completed in 2024 and was the winnner of the 2024 Irish Construction Excellence Award for Housing. The scheme is now fullly owned by Clúid Housing and at the time of its completion was the single largest scheme undertaken by Clúid Housing Association.

Emaoifrob was responsible for all acquisition, planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
