This 32 acre site is the subject of a planning application for 455 residential units and 160,000 ft² of Commercial Space.

The site is due to have full Local Infrastructure Housing Activation Fund (LIHAF) infrastructure along with a primary and secondary school and also a public park. The site forms part of one of the largest LIHAF schemes in Ireland and is a primary development within Cork County Council’s strategic plan for the County.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
The LIHAF project is currently at the tender evaluation stage. Subject to approval, construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2022.
