In 2020 Emaoifrob was requested to review and progress a 5 acre site in Kilcullen, County Kildare.

The site is now the subject of a specialist scheme incorporating independent living, Dementia Care, Nursing Care and a specialist Gerentology Clinic.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
