This iconic 150,000Ft2 former GE plant was designed by Scott Tallon Walker Architects and acquired by Private Clients in 2016.

In 2018 Emaoifrob was asked to review the facility and subsequently received planning for removing one of the symmetrical bays synomis with the Design to create two separate buildings. The buildings where then refurbished and leased to BWG and TF Group.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all planning, project management and construction management and leasing stages of the scheme.
