This 17 acre site was acquired on behalf of a London Based Fund in 2020 and is the subject of a planning application for 265 residential units and 300,000ft² of Commercial Space.

The site is due to have full LIHAF infrastructure and a light rail commuter platform. The site forms part of one of the largest LIHAF schemes in Ireland is is a primary development within Cork County Councils strategic plan for the County.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all acquisition, planning, project management and construction management stages of the scheme.
