Emaoifrob is the Development Manager for this 41 hectare site which was rezoned by way of an agreed variation in late 2021. The lands are now zoned Z14 and are currently the subject of a detailed masterplan process which concluded in 2022. The lands will provide Community, Educational and Commercial facilities as well as much needs housing for the local area.

The lands will also provide a new residential quarter for Dublin City and are to compliment the existing communities. The site is to be saved by a LUAS Extension and also a QBC and will accommodate over 4,000 residential units and associated Civic and supporting facilities.

Emaoifrob is responsible for all planning, project management and construction management stages of the masterplan scheme and now works on the progression of planning at the site.
