Emaoifrob are delighted to represent the majority of land owners in the Jamestown Z14 area. The work of agreeing a masterplan was completed in the summer of 2022. Emaoifrob’s Continued involvement in the Lands has seen them rezoned and incorporated into the Dublin City 2022-2028 Development Plan.
Emaoifrob has progressed with Planning applications at the lands which will see construction commence in mid 2026.
